I purchased Pro but features are still locked.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Apple handles billing. On iPhone, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, choose Roots, then cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund for your purchase.

I cannot see pricing options.

Confirm internet connection, close and reopen the app, and try again. If the issue persists, email support with your device model and iOS version.
